1. Data Collection
We collect information you provide directly through the OmniQR app. This includes your business name, personal name, phone numbers, email addresses, and social media links you choose to share on your digital profile.
We do not collect information from your device's contacts or photos unless you explicitly grant permission within the app for specific features like saving a QR code to your gallery.
2. QR & Analytics Data
When someone scans your OmniQR code, we collect non-identifiable technical data to provide you with analytics. This includes:
- Approximate location (City/Country) based on IP address.
- Device type (iOS or Android) and browser used.
- Timestamp of the scan and links clicked within your profile.
3. Payment & Subscription
Subscription payments are handled securely through Apple App Store (In-App Purchases). OmniQR does not store your credit card or sensitive financial information on its servers.
Please note that subscription prices may vary based on your region and local taxes as determined by Apple's regional pricing policies.
4. Third-Party Sharing
OmniQR is not in the business of selling your data. We share your information only with essential service providers like Firebase for authentication and RevenueCat for subscription management.
5. Data Security
All data transmitted between the OmniQR app and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. We store your profile data in secure, encrypted databases.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, edit, or delete your OmniQR profile at any time. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your QR codes and associated analytics from our systems.
